Watroba joins the expanding workforce

TBC has recently hired its newest accounting staff member, Joseph Watroba, CPA. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree as well as his Master of Science in Accounting from Siena College in 2013. Prior to joining TBC, he was a senior tax accountant at another firm.

Outside of work, Joe and his family founded Play It Foreward 518, Inc., a nonprofit that raises funds that support Make-A-Wish NENY and The Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer at Albany Medical Center.

TBC has been affiliated with Play It Foreward 518, Inc. for several years through participating in the Organization’s annual golf event. Joe and his family established this special fund to support diversion activities for the children and their families that are receiving treatments at the Melodies Center during their time of need. Their work to date with hospital staff has allowed current patients to receive holiday meals, Halloween Costumes, tickets to shows at local venues including Proctors and the Palace Theatre and a Super Bowl Party Package.

“Joe is already a great addition to the firm. With his valuable experience and passion with his nonprofit endeavors, he brings great value and purpose. We were ecstatic to welcome him to our firm earlier this month,” said James Drislane, managing partner at TBC.
