We believe in giving back
Helping non-profits and supporting our community is an important component to our mission. We have been successful as a Firm for over 40 years and believe in giving back to the Capital Region and beyond to make a difference. Through our ‘TBC Gives Back’ program, our shareholders, partners and staff enthusiastically support a wide variety of charitable and community organizations. Our annual contributions through charitable giving, donations and sponsorships exceeds $25,000. We also sponsor employee volunteer programs to benefit our community and we support many causes that affect our employees. We encourage employees to nominate charities to be the recipients of our “Dress Down Days” and these initiatives, along with the many of the other charitable programs we participate in, are featured in our TBC News.
