Terry Kremer serves as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, he provides oversight for the firm’s overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function. The major areas included are recruiting, retention, payroll, employee benefits, compensation planning, change management, training and development, organizational design and development, implementation and evaluation of HR related programs and initiatives.
Prior to joining TBC, Terry served as the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources – Recruitment at the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute. In that role, Terry provided oversight for each phase of the recruitment process and several HR operational functions for all SUNY Poly state-wide operating locations. He worked with staff at all levels to address HR related organizational strategic goals so that accelerated growth could be accommodated in a manner that meets operational needs.
Terry has a Society of Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM – CP) Certification.
