Melanie started her career at TBC in 2017 as a tax intern and prepared individual tax returns for three years until she started full-time as a staff accountant in the fall of 2019. She stayed in that role for two years, which during that time she mostly worked on preparing reviewed financial statements and corporate tax returns for businesses in the construction industry. In 2021 she joined the Partnered Accounting Solutions department as a senior accountant. Melanie oversees all facets of outsourced accounting including general ledger account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statement preparation. She works primarily in the real estate industry, however she works on clients in a variety of other industries as well. She is proficient in several accounting software programs including QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, RealPage, MRI, and Restaurant365.
