For the fourth consecutive year, the employees of Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs, P.C. (TBC) have sung their employer’s praises and as result, the regional accounting and advisory firm has reeled in another “Top Workplace” award by the Times Union.
“I’m elated to share the news of another award with our community, TBC professionals are truly at the heart of this success. Their dedication and positive energy are unparalleled,” said TBC Managing Partner, James Drislane.
Located in the Capital of New York State, in the Heart of the Tech Valley Region, TBC has focused on serving the local business community since its formation in 1971. Drislane attributes the Firm’s success to its ability to recruit and retain some of the most talented professionals in the region.

“From helping non-profits and supporting our community, to treating our staff with professionalism and respect, and providing clients with a high quality of service, these are all important components to our mission and ingredients to our longtime success,” O’Neil added.
