Albany, NY:  Joseph Watroba, CPA, Timothy S. Raczynski, CPA, and Denise Lurenz, CPA have recently been named Partners for Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs, P.C. (TBC).  Watroba joined in 2018, while Raczynski joined in 2016, and Lurenz joined in 2009.

Watroba obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting from Siena College. He provides accounting, auditing, and tax services to businesses and individuals. He works with different commercial entities including real estate, construction, and professional services. Joe is actively involved in the Firm’s Employee Engagement Committee. Watroba is very involved in the community.  He is the President and co-founder of the not-for profit Play It Foreward 518 and a member of the Board of Trustees for Catholic Charities.  Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, visits to Rhode Island and Saratoga Racetrack in the summers.

Raczynski obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University. He provides accounting and auditing services to businesses. He works with different commercial entities including retail and real estate. Tim is a member of the Firm’s Professional Standards Committee. He enjoys vacationing with his wife and three daughters in the summer.

Lurenz obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Siena College. She provides accounting and auditing services to businesses and individuals, focusing primarily on clients in the construction industry, as well as specializing in Employee Benefit Plan audits. Denise is involved in the Firm’s Construction Committee and Employee Benefit Plan Committee. She is a newly appointed Board of Directors member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region. Outside of work, Denise and her family are active volunteers for the Capital Region Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two labrador retrievers.

Pannucci Named Shareholder
