K.C. partners with investment advisors to help employers with the design, implementation, and compliant administration of their retirement plan programs. Prior to joining the firm, K.C. worked for a decade as an ERISA attorney at a national law firm and was mentored by one of the nation’s preeminent pension plan and executive/equity-based compensation attorneys. Before that, he was a prosecutor at the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. Before becoming an attorney, K.C. was a middle school teacher of English and History.
