“I’m elated to share the news of another award with our community, TBC professionals are truly at the heart of this success. Their dedication and positive energy are unparalleled,” said TBC Managing Partner, James Drislane.

Located in the Capital of New York State, in the Heart of the Tech Valley Region, TBC has focused on serving the local business community since its formation in 1971. Drislane attributes the Firm’s success to its ability to recruit and retain some of the most talented professionals in the region.

“As a longtime employee and a member of partner group, I am someone who takes a lot of pride in the fact that TBC keeps winning this award,” said Kathleen O’Neil, who joined the firm in 1974.

“From helping non-profits and supporting our community, to treating our staff with professionalism and respect, and providing clients with a high quality of service, these are all important components to our mission and ingredients to our longtime success,” O’Neil added.

TBC has experienced significant growth over the last 44 years and today, the Firm employs almost 90 full time professionals. The Firm has 10 shareholders and they credit much of its success to the dedication, commitment and longevity of its employees. The Firm regularly hosts employee outings, promotes wellness, and has highly competitive compensation and benefits.
