Pat is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and has been with our firm since 1986. He obtained a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Business Valuations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1999.

He manages all phases of audit engagements of commercial entities and not-for-profit organizations. Pat is in charge of the firms quality reviews as well as conducting peer reviews on other accounting firms. His experience also includes tax and management advisory services, and a concentration in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions for a diverse client base consisting of professional practices, retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers and individuals.

Pat is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs.
