A graduate of Siena College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Kelly has been affiliated with Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte CPAs, P.C. since 1997. 

Kelly supervises all phases of audits ranging from not-for-profit entities and commercial entities to employee benefit plans.

Kelly’s professional memberships include both The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
