Overtime:

Hours worked in excess of your normal hours are paid as it is incurred

Overtime earned may be converted to vacation time on an calendar basis to help balance your home and work commitments
Paid Time Off:

Permanent employees earn vacation and sick time that is accrued monthly

After one year of employment permanent employees earn two personal days
