  • Discount provided for the Becker CPA Review course tuition
  • Becker CPA Review course fee may be paid through a payroll deduction over one year

Employer Paid Continuing Professional Education Courses:

  • In-house monthly CPE courses are provided to maintain your professional license
  • Specialized training offered through our CPAmerica network as well as local and national seminars

Commissions:

  • Professional networking will be rewarded with commissions for new clients up to 15% of annual collected billings

Overtime:

  • Overtime hours worked in excess of your normal hours are paid as they are incurred
  • Overtime earned may be converted to vacation time on a calendar basis to help balance your home and work commitments

Paid Time Off:

  • Permanent employees earn vacation and sick time accrued monthly
  • After one year of employment permanent employees earn two personal days
  • Permanent employees are paid for seven holidays per year
